Refund Policy

Please inspect your purchased product upon delivery. You will be required to take photos of damaged or missing items.

Items purchased from KLP Customs can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order (weekends included). Custom-made items or products are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

All returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging. Returned items that are damaged or used may not be accepted for refund or exchange at the discretion of KLP Customs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment unless otherwise arranged.

If you purchase an item in error and want to return the item there will be a 20% restocking fee.

All returns must include tracking info (no exceptions).

Absolutely No Refunds on The Following:

There are no refunds for customers who provide inaccurate shipping addresses.

There are no refunds on custom made items or products.

There are no International refunds or returns.

There are no returns on damaged decals. Application instructions are included with every decal purchase.

How to Make a Return

  • To return an eligible item, please contact jerry@klpcustoms.com, along with your order # and reason for return.
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

Refund Processing Terms + Conditions

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. This will happen within 10 business days.
